Elizabeth L. Hines, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, August 26, 2016.

She graduated from East Stroudsburg University. Libby taught in Japan and Germany for the DOD, then in New Jersey for the public school system. She then began her illustrious career of 20 years with the FBI as a Special Agent, being one of the first 100 female agents. Libby was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She volunteered at the Veterans Hospital, Meals on Wheels and Reading Assist.

Her husband of 21 years, Lewis G. Hines, III died in 2007. Libby is survived by her son, Andrew and her dog, Eddie.

A memorial service will be held at 11am, on Saturday, September 3, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1314 Foulk Rd., Wilmington, where friends may call after 10 am. Burial will be private.
